Quit with a plan, not a fantasy.

I left 10 years in consulting and built two profitable restaurants in Bali. Not because I was brave — because I had a number, a plan, and a date. Get yours. Start wherever you are:

How the 4 weeks work

No modules. No group calls. Your numbers, my brain.

WEEK 1

The deep dive — 90 minutes

Your numbers, your idea, your timeline, the honest odds. We find your real runway number and stress-test what you're planning against what I've seen actually work.

WEEKS 2–3

Voice-note access

You work, I answer. Validation experiments, cost models, the visa/entity questions, the fear spirals at 11pm. Async, real answers, usually same-day.

WEEK 4

The working call — 60 minutes

We finish your plan together: go or no-go, your leap date, and your first 90 days mapped. You leave with decisions, not homework.

YOU KEEP

The plan, on paper

Your runway number and leap date. A validated (or honestly killed) idea. A 90-day build plan. And a straight answer from someone with payroll, not a course to upsell you.

Who this is for

You have the job everyone approves of. And you're planning your exit.

Why me

Not a coach. An owner and operator.

Most people teaching this have never run a single thing. I spent 10 years advising global businesses, then left and built my own in Bali: two restaurants, both profitable in the first month, and a cofounded women's retreat. Payroll, cash, the unglamorous parts. Receipts, not affirmations.

"I didn't manifest it. I planned it, built the systems, and made it work."

The Operator's Review

$1,500 · 2-week audit
Then advisory at $1,250/mo · cap 3 clients

You're past the leap — you run something. I go through it the way I run mine: numbers, operations, offer. You get a written teardown — what's broken, what's working, the fixes prioritized — plus a 60-minute call to walk it.

  • Full audit: money, ops, brand, offer
  • The honest read — what I'd kill, keep, double
  • A prioritized fix list you can act on Monday
  • Stay on advisory only if it's earning its keep

Fixed scope, fixed price. If your business is too early for an audit, I'll say so and move you into the Sprint instead. Same $1,500, right tool.

The Bali Build

From $5,000 · by application
2 clients at a time

You're actually moving. My network and my playbook on your build: visa, PT PMA, property, suppliers, launch — the partners I used for my own. I'll name them on the call.

  • The move + the entity, done right
  • The local network I built mine with
  • Launch plan + operating systems
  • Me, on call, for the week the contractor ghosts and the visa agent quotes you triple

Before you ask

Questions I get a lot

Why $1,500?

Because it's a month of my judgment on the biggest financial decision of your life, not an hour of pep talk. If a plan that stops you making one $10k mistake isn't worth $1,500, don't apply. You can also split it: $750 to start, $750 before week 4. And applying costs nothing — if I don't think the Sprint will pay for itself for you, I'll tell you on the fit call and keep your money out of it.

Is this only for restaurant people?

No. The math is the same whether you're opening a cafe, going freelance, or launching a product. I use restaurants because that's what I built.

I'm not ready to quit yet.

Good — that's exactly when this works best. We build the plan while you still have a paycheck. That's the safe way, not the reckless one.

What if I don't even have an idea?

Then week one is validation, not decoration. Sometimes the most valuable outcome is an honestly killed idea before it eats your savings.

Where are the testimonials?

There aren't any yet — the Sprint is new, and you'd be a founding client. That's why it's $1,500 and not $5,000, and why it's capped. I'd rather tell you that than rent fake screenshots.

Why only 4 spots?

Because weeks 2–3 are voice-note access and it's only me. More than 4 and somebody gets a worse answer. When it's full, the form says so — no fake counters.

Why trust you over a business coach?

Don't trust anyone — check receipts. Mine are two restaurants you can walk into and a retreat you can book. Most people teaching this have never made a payroll.
